If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
